I’ve tried so many diets in the past, weight watchers, slimmer’s world etc. I would follow it to the letter but it never worked for long.
I had almost given up and then I met Olivia, I knew she really cared and understood me. Olivia offers easy to follow advice and support and really has your back.
So far I have lost 1 and ½ stone in 4 months. I am so happy because I finally believe that I will reach my target. I want to be around for a long time partly because I have grandchildren and I wanted more energy to keep up with them!
